 After being a full-time undergrad student balancing 4 part-time jobs, I learned time management, discipline and responsibility. These skills prepared me to transition to start my professional career in corporate America as a claims analyst at the tech giant IBM. 

I later pivoted to become

a business, marketing & information technology teacher.

During my teaching tenure I assumed many leadership roles and earned several professional certifications & degrees including

a Doctorate of Education.

How It Started

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Education.

• Obtained certification as a K-12 Business & Marketing Teacher

• Earned National Board Certification in the area of Career & Tech Education.

• Marketed myself for freelance jobs related to my skills & experiences. 

• Self taught and built a website to market my expertise. 

• Created my first digital product line early in my teaching career with the first purchase order being over $1000.

• Opened a brick and mortar learning studio to host live career development classes and entrepreneur education workshops.

• Explored various interests in pursuit of business investment.

• Made many mistakes & learned many lessons as a new solopreneur.

How It's Going

• Did market research on business interest.

• Closed the doors of brick and mortar learning studio to follow market shift towards eLearning.
